Privacy

Designs for the Living collects only the information needed to process orders, take payment, manufacture personalized items, ship purchases, and support customers. Payment card information is handled by Stripe. Order fulfillment information is shared with Printify as needed to produce and ship purchased goods.

Personalized order records

Before payment, customers review and approve each personalized mug. For those items, we privately retain the exact final printable artwork, any uploaded source images required to recreate the design, photo positioning/transforms, editable text values, selected mug color and variant, quantity, approval timestamps, and a verification fingerprint of the approved artwork. These records are stored for fulfillment, customer support, and dispute review. Customer-uploaded design materials are not published as public storefront listings.

Private preview proofs

Receipt and order-review mug previews may be generated from the privately archived final artwork so customers can see front, right, back, and left proof views. These previews are used for checkout proofing and receipt display only. The manufacturing file remains the archived flat production artwork.

Security controls

The storefront is configured to use HTTPS, security headers, Stripe-hosted payment elements, and private order evidence storage. Access to private order assets should remain limited to authorized fulfillment and support workflows. Before live launch, finalize an internal retention and deletion schedule for order evidence, define staff access controls, and review your legal/privacy language for your business location.

One-time Discord custom emoji import

If you choose to use a custom Discord emoji, the site asks you to paste the emoji itself or its public Discord CDN image URL. Designs for the Living does not ask for or store your Discord password, access token, refresh token, or other login credential. The imported static emoji image is fetched only to build the current design and is not retained as a reusable account connection. The final approved print artwork may retain the rendered emoji as part of your private order record.

Cookies and analytics

This supplied build does not require customer analytics to function. If analytics, advertising, or remarketing are enabled later, update this policy and any required consent flows before launch.
